International orders are shipped DAP (Delivery at Place). Any customs duties or import taxes charged on delivery in your country are your responsibility — these aren't collected at checkout.

Kakepuku parts come with the manufacturer's warranty (details vary by brand). We back our recommendations — if something fails prematurely, we want to know about it.
Unused items: 30 days from delivery for a refund (minus shipping costs), as long as it's unopened and in original packaging.
Used items: If there's a manufacturing defect, we'll sort it out. Normal wear and tear is on you.

It means we ride it. Our team and trusted cycling partners put components through real-world conditions — commutes, trails, long rides — before we list them. If it doesn't hold up or perform well, we don't sell it.
Big retailers sell whatever moves inventory. We sell what we'd put on our own bikes. That's the difference.
Absolutely. Suggest a part you'd like to see tested and available on Kakepuku. If it's a good fit for the club, we'll make it happen.
We accept all major credit and debit cards, plus Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other options shown at checkout through Shopify's secure payment system.
Yes. We use Shopify's secure, encrypted payment processing. We don't store your card details — Shopify handles that for us.
