Getting the standard right matters far more than the price. Check your frame's shell first — BSA threaded (68/73mm) and press-fit are not interchangeable — then match the spindle to your crankset. Sealed cartridge bearings suit most riders; ceramic bearings roll marginally faster but need more maintenance to stay that way.
